I just read this article in the Delaware News Journal from a shooting in Wilmington which occurred yesterday:

Here's an excerpt from a quote from someone who knew the guy who was shot and killed:
Tom Nash, a neighbor of Osborne's, who happened by the hospital as the scene was unfolding, described Osborne as a well-mannered young man who came from good parents and was "brought up right."
Is this guy (Tom Nash) serious???? The guy who was shot and killed (Edward Osbourne) was packing a pistol and was wanted on numerous warrants which you can read about here: http://www.state.de.us/deljis/WantedPublic/PersonO12.shtml
Seriously, if he was "brought up right," then how bad are the kids who are brought up wrong???
